Experiments and dirt and knives and brushes.

This is a collection of more recent work, from 2018 and the start of 2019. I’ve been experimenting with different techniques that result in building expressive motion and contrast.

Fragments was a series created in 2016, and was eventually assembled into a quilt-like piece which incorporated all twenty-one individual paintings. They are, themselves, objects which reflect tiny snapshots of emotion or memory. The entire quilt using everything, then, a partial life-quilt.
